What RyftTales is
RyftTales is an independently operated Hytale server network, plus this website and a Discord community. It is not an official Hytale service and has no accounts of its own on this website — there's nothing to sign up for here.
Playing on the server
Connecting to the server means you agree to our Rules. Breaking them can get you muted, kicked, or banned at staff's discretion, with no obligation to refund anything you've spent.
Purchases
Anything sold for RyftTales goes through our store, a third-party platform. Payment, billing, refunds, and chargebacks are handled under that platform's own terms — not this document.
Discord
Our Discord server is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service in addition to our Rules. Staff can remove members from the community server independently of any in-game action.
No warranty
RyftTales is provided as-is. We do our best to keep realms up and your progress safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that data is never lost, and we aren't liable for it when it happens.
Changes
These terms may change as the network grows. Continuing to play or use the site after a change means you accept the update.
